3 Ripe Avocados
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Diced
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Red Onion Diced
8 Cilantro leaves
2 Limes
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste

  1. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and dice
  2. Chiffonade the cilantro leaves or chop into small pieces
  3. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients
  4. With the back of a fork, mash the avocado
  5. Serve with chips or crudités
