I really need a Mexican food dictionary.  Can someone tell me what is the difference between Soft-Shell Tacos and Fajitas? And are tortillas separate or just a vessel for eating tacos/fajitas?

Anyway, until I get an explanation I call these tajitos- a taco and fajita hybrid.

Check the recipe for Paleo tortillas and pickled onions for perfect tajito night!
