Pickled Onions

1 Red Onion

1 cup Warm Water

½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 ½ tsp Salt

1 tbsp Coconut Sugar

  1. Thinly slice the onion and place in a jar or seal-tight container
  2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the onions.  Shake in the sealed container to evenly coat the onions
  4. Let sit at room temperature for an hour
